Requirements: Nimble Proficiency 15, Tools Proficiency 15
Lock 1 + TT/3 of +1 damage, Stabbing, Chopping, Bashing, Accurate, remove Inaccurate, and Devastating. While crafting weapons, you can choose a Locked option. Increase the Craft Tier of the object by 2 and cost by 500 Souls and the weapon gains the chosen options.
Boost: You can choose an additional TT/4 Locked Options. Each choice increases the Craft Tier and cost.
