Each space is coated in grease that causes Tier 2 + TT Slick.
Range Cone 3 + TT   Duration 6 + TT rounds
Boost: The grease is invisible.
Mind Order Shadow
Gain +1 + TT/3 on defenses against reactions.
Boost: Gain +1 + TT/2 on Hinder Movement against movement used as a reaction.
Web
Earth Marksman
Spell - Transference | Martial and Observe
Spaces become covered in web that causes Tier 1 + TT/3 Encumbered. Remove the web from any space that has Fire Tiers.
Range Cone 3 + TT   Duration 3 + TT minutes
Boost: When a creature would move out of a space of web, the web uses Hinder Movement as a size 0 creature with 1 + TT/2 d12.

Emanate darkness that lowers the light Tier by 1 + TT/3.

Boost: Darksight, Heatsight, and Nightsight have no effect.
Leader Order Time

You and up to 2 + TT target creatures each think up to 12 x TT words. Each of you hears the thought words.
Range Target 6 + TT x 3
Boost: You can send images or emotions in place of 12 words for each.
Imagination Radiant Trickster

Project a terrain in target space and up to 12 + TT x 12 contiguous spaces.
Range 12 + TT x Target 12   Duration 1 + TT hours
Boost: The terrain appears occupied by creatures that would normally be found there.
Umbral
Spell - Transference | Martial and Observe
Requirements: Martial Proficiency 15, Observe Proficiency 15
Create a portal that fills a space adjacent to you and a second portal that fills target space. Anything that enters the first portal Teleports to the second portal.
Range Target 24 + TT x 6   Duration 1 + TT/4 rounds
Boost: The portals occupy space as up to a size 2 + TT/3 object.
Chaos Trickster
Response | Martial and Observe
Requirements: Martial Proficiency 9, Observe Proficiency 9
After an attack made as a reaction succeeds against you, use a Melee or Ranged Strike against the attacker.
Boost: Roll 1d12 to heal 1 Minor Action, DL 9 - TT. Reduce the DL of the heal by 1 for each 3 you exceed the DL.
Mobile Space Trickster
Spell - Transference | Martial and Observe
Requirements: Martial Proficiency 21, Observe Proficiency 21
Attack 2 + TT/2 target creature or objects with Nimble to attach an invisible magical thread to them. As a Minor Action, attack a target with Athletics to move them 1 space or stand them up.
Range Target 6 + TT x 3   Duration 6 + TT x 6 rounds   Defense Nimble
Boost: You can use the attack as a reaction to an attack or movement.
