You do not need to pay word costs or have a Free Limb to Manifest abilities while Performing.
Boost: While Performing with an instrument, once each turn, you can roll Perform to allow you to use Manifest Spell, DL 6 - TT/3. Attack Observe of onlookers with the Perform roll to cause them to not notice you using the Manifest action.
 
Aspect - Charisma | Guile and Poise
You can use Hinder Spellcasting with 3 + TT range by speaking 3 words that the target hears.
Boost: When you Hinder Spellcasting, increase the penalty by 1 + TT/3.
 
Talent | Guile and Poise
Lock 1 + TT Skills. When you use Aid with a Locked Skill, including through another ability, you may use it with 1 + TT range and have it count as a Perform roll instead of its normal type.

Aspect - Charisma | Guile and Poise
Lock 1 + TT/2 groupings of instruments. You know how to properly play instruments in the Locked groupings.
Boost: Gain +1 + TT/3 on Perform rolls while playing instruments of Locked Categories.
Spell - Illusion | Guile and Poise
Create a Projection of a size 0 creature without any gear. You can increase or decrease the size up to TT.

Trick | Guile and Poise
Requirements: Guile Proficiency 21, Poise Proficiency 21
1 Resolve and 5 words: Attack to deal 3 + TT/3 - Prior success damage to Resolve with Guile.
Target 6 + TT
 Poise
Boost: Reduce their Reduction to damage against Resolve by 1 for 1 minute.

Understand all spoken languages for their literal meaning. You may miss things that would be clear if you knew the language.

Lock 1 + TT Species. TT/2 Energy: Create a creature of a Locked species with up to 12 + TT x 6 AP. It cannot have any Root abilities. It is mindless, behaves as if Bonded to you, and enters Priority after you.

Boost: The creature can have up to 1 + TT/2 Root abilities.

Requirements: Guile Proficiency 9, Poise Proficiency 9
Attack with Poise to deal 6 + TT/2 Body damage.

Boost: Cause Tier 2 + TT/2 Frightened and Unsteady.

Create a Projection of a specified memory you think of into target space in Reach. It displays as a 3 foot x 3 foot image that can be viewed only from your direction.

Reduce the number of words target creature can speak each round by 2 + TT.

Poise
Boost: Each action they use has an added cost of speaking the name of the action. If Manifesting an ability, this cost is instead speaking the name of the ability.
